1)  Does the Pig ever get stuck in the line?  No, The pig can negotiate 1.5 D 90 degree bends, there is always a reason if the gets hung up in the line, for example the air may have been shut off so there is no pressure pushing the pig.

2)  What type of material is the Pig made of?  The Pig is constructed from FDA approved silicon materials and can with stand extreme temperatures.      

3)  What is the minimum pressure needed to pig a line?  The pressure needed to push the pig will always be less than your pumping pressure.

6)  How does the Pig detector operate?   The Pig detector is a non intrusive device that operates on 24VDC, there is also a signal connection to the PLC.
